This step stool was designed to last well beyond Risa’s baby years. It was a pleasure to paint Irises, Tulips, Lilies, Roses, Rose of Sharon, Cosmos, Purple Cone Flower and Poppies! The navy blue background made everything pop! I painted three bugs, can you find them all? The stool came unassembled which made it easier to paint and photograph.
I painted three types of Orchids on this metal watering can for an Orchid lover. Orchids can present an artist with tough details and all three varieties here had their own unique challenges! I loved it!! There also is a Malachite butterfly, a small Honey bee and four ladybugs on this piece.
Lots of Sunflowers on this watering can! I painted a cluster of blooms on one side and a single blossom on the other. A nice fat Bumble bee is on the top. There is even a little Ladybug hiding on a petal. Can you see it? This piece called out to me to have the spout painted black to balance the black handles that came on the can. I’m glad I listened to it!
I hand painted several large bright pink Poppies and a bumble bee on this full size green and copper watering can. I sealed it with oil based polyurethane. Charming outside in the garden or inside the home!! $65 Price includes shipping within the United States.
