Zinnias in a Ball Jar
Bright Zinnias in an old blue glass Ball Jar sit on a table by a window. I really had fun with this one; from the variety of styles and colors that Zinnias come in, to the glass jar, to the raised lettering and the crocheted doily underneath. And of course a little honey bee has come by to check things out! I painted this commission on a 12″ X 9″ wood plaque.
Clematis Front Porch Tray
The Clematis bloomed in profusion ‘that’ summer and I immortalize the explosion of color by painting it on an old metal TV tray. This tray is the third in a series of three. Each tray portrays a house of import to the client who commissioned the series.
