Man in the Moon Beads on Faux Marble table

I painted a necklace of quartz stone beads on this vintage  pedestal table.   I also painted a small handmade ‘Man in the Moon’ brass pendant based on a piece by artist David Oleski.  The marble surfaces are faux painted in fluid acrylics and are done on all sides to continue the illusion. The three table legs are painted black with brass toned metallic paint.  My signature bug is a dragonfly underneath the top.  It stands 25″ tall and is 17.5″ in diameter.  It is available for sale for $350 plus shipping .

Autumn Tilt Top Table

I transformed this vintage tilt top table with an  Autumn scene painted in fluid acrylics.  Some leaves are painted right up close and well detailed.  One large tree and lots of slender ones line the stream in the background.  A yellow swallowtail butterfly glides right by!  The table stands 37″ with the top in the upright position and 26″ with the top laid flat.  The oval top is 20 1/2″ X 14 1/2″.  It is for sale for $325 plus shipping and handling.  Contact me through this site if you are interested.

Forty Nine Shades of Grey Stones Pedestal Table

Rock, stones and more rocks, are painted hyper realistically in liquid acrylics on a charming vintage pedestal table. There are well over 49 stones painted in many shades of greys and other colors on the round table top (24″ diameter). The table (originally dark brown) is now pale grey.  Its legs wear their original brass ‘shoes’ so I painted faux brass on the carved rings on the pedestal. Look hard and you will find my signature bug painted among the stones! The table stands 27″ tall and is for sale for $650 plus shipping and handling (based on location, cost to determined prior to purchase).

Giraffe Skin in Grey on a Vintage Side Table

This small vintage side table is a whole new direction for me.  The request was for something subtle and sophisticated.  I used the client’s fondness  for giraffes as my inspiration and suggested an animal skin motif in a neutral grey to match her decor.  The straw colored stripe is both an echo of the natural color of a giraffe  and of the color on an adjacent focus wall in the home.  Yes, there is a signature dragon fly on the back…
